Microchip Technology’s MCP14A0455 4.5A dual MOSFET driver ICs offer a peak current up to 4.5A while operating from a single 4.5V to 18V supply. They feature a dual complementary output (one inverting and one non-inverting), low shoot through current, fast rise and fall times, and short propagation delays. Their terminals are fully protected against electro-static discharge (ESD) up to 2kV (human body model) and 200V (machine model). These devices are highly latch-up resistant within their power and voltage ratings. They can accept up to 500mA of reverse current being forced back into the outputs without damage or logic upset.
