Ambient Light Sensor Breakout Board for Clothing

SparkFun’s DEV-14629 LilyPad light sensor is a sewable breakout board designed to evaluate the built-in ALS-PT19 ambient light sensor, which is a low-cost device that consists of a miniature SMD phototransistor. The spectral response of the sensor is close to that of the human eye and its output voltage is between 0V to 3.3V depending on the level of ambient light. This 0.8mm-thin breakout board is a piece of wearable e-textile technology that is designed to have large connecting pads to be sewn into clothing. It comes with various input, output, power, and sensor boards.
