Ultra-Low Power 32-bit MCU

Ultra-Low Power 32-bit MCU

ROHM Semiconductor has released an ultra-low power 32-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) designed for visualizing logistics data with data loggers. The ML630Q466 integrates all major functions required for data logging, data acquisition and PDF file generation on a single chip. It features a 32-bit ARM Cortex M0+ core, 128kB flash memory, 16kB RAM, a UART, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and an LCD driver.

The flash ROM of this MCU is installed as a program memory that achieves low voltage and low power operation – making it suitable for battery-driven applications.
